Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across product, engineering, and design
- Deep understanding of technology commercialization and go-to-market strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE preferred)
