Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum systems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field preferred
