Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubators
- Publish industry thought leadership on technological evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Google Quantum AI, Microsoft Ethical AI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or patents in transformative technologies
- Experience scaling innovation programs globally (minimum 3 continents)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
