Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business growth targets
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, patents, and R&D breakthroughs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology development and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ESG principles
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
