Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop technology roadmaps and adoption strategies for enterprise-scale implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and validate technical feasibility
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovation landscapes
- Manage innovation pilot programs and measure ROI of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven future-tech experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum computing, generative AI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure, TOGAF) a plus
