Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and strategic alignment across departments
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX in next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights and implementation frameworks
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management highly desirable
