As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll shape how we leverage quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and decentralized systems. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with Fortune 500 clients, and contribute to thought leadership publications that influence global tech policy.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing integration
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic partnerships and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, Austin tech corridor, and academic research institutions
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or disruptive innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
