Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business vision
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Develop ROI models for futuristic technologies and present investment proposals
- Drive adoption of emerging solutions across global markets
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of next-gen products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
