Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Foster strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing architectures, and sustainable tech
- Deep understanding of Web4, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, ACM, Nature journals)
