- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive innovations
- Develop future-state architecture blueprints aligned with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech leaders
- Author thought leadership content on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-facing tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
