- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record anticipating market shifts (e.g., AI, blockchain, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing R&D budgets and innovation pipelines
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
