Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with ESG and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and ethical impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate regulatory landscapes and design compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or tech strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
