Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market disruption potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and congressional committees
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive AI deployment
- Secure $20M+ in federal grants for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to $1B+ commercial impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance or experience with classified defense projects
- Patents in at least 2 of: quantum cryptography, AGI safety, or neural interfaces
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global tech diplomacy initiatives
