Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, bio-integration, neuro-interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Build predictive models for market disruption and competitive response frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven technology portfolio decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in anticipating and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable commercial outcomes
