Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) for strategic adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX as a technology pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
