Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with 2030 business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 industry-first tech solutions
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing government innovation grants (> $10M)
