Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business analysts in prototyping future solutions

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum machine learning, neurotech)
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
