Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to build 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing breakthrough R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and invest in disruptive startups
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish ethical guidelines for responsible deployment of future-facing technologies
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property protection for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with futures methodology and horizon scanning techniques
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
