Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web4) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for tech-driven disruption
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or AR/VR
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
