- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with quantum computing focus
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Proven track record leading $10M+ transformation initiatives
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
