Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on future technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and change management
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Experience with biotech convergence or neurotech integration
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
