Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot program execution
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience building high-performing cross-functional teams in tech environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
