- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
