Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, integrating quantum computing, AGI frameworks, and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI research, hardware engineering, and ethics compliance teams
- Develop market entry strategies for frontier technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government innovation labs
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging technology verticals
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market disruption cycles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Computing Security Act)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of singularity-level technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF) or equivalent strategic innovation methodology
