You'll navigate the convergence of quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, and sustainable tech ecosystems while maintaining competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or C-suite leadership role
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience managing global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
