Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or future planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future-tech topics
- Experience with federal innovation programs (DARPA, NSF) preferred
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
