Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy for post-2026 innovation landscape
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout disruptive startups
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computer Science, or Bioengineering
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized tech ecosystems
