- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen product prototypes and pilot programs
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into business strategy
- Build and manage innovation ecosystems with startups, academia, and industry partners
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
