Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 implementation strategies
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen technologies including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof technologies into core product ecosystems
- Analyze global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and technology scouting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and tech commercialization
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM) or innovation management a plus
