Responsibilities
- Design cross-disciplinary technology roadmaps spanning quantum computing, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead prototyping of next-gen systems in our Austin Innovation Labs
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market disruption forecasts
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic blueprints to venture capital partners and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial adoption
