Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, identifying key trends and innovations that will define our success in 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Web3) to assess their viability and potential impact on our business model.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business objectives into robust technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and budgetary constraints.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and pilot cutting-edge solutions to validate concepts before full-scale deployment, reducing risk for the engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and C-suite executives to ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks in long-term projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering long-term strategic visions.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think beyond the immediate horizon and anticipate future industry shifts and disruptions.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly desirable.
