Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key trends, opportunities, and potential disruptions.
- Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional initiatives to align long-term technology goals with business objectives, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to determine their viability and potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams, encouraging experimentation and forward-thinking solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level strategic initiatives.
- Roadmap Execution: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level vision into actionable, detailed strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Data Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
