Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging disruptive technologies (e.g., GenAI, Autonomous Systems) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and prototyping of futuristic products.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to predict industry trends and consumer behavior shifts.
- Partner with R&D departments to ensure feasibility of high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, specifically in AI and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
