Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5+ years horizon) with a focus on innovation.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
