Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks and sustainability protocols for future technology implementations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and climate science to future-proof technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Track record of securing executive buy-in for ambitious technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or innovation strategy
