You'll influence our $2B innovation pipeline while mentoring a high-performing team of technologists and futurists.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026 market readiness
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 10-year vision
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in 5+ year technology forecasting and roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience managing >$50M innovation budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
