Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business strategy
- Build and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimental validation cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture, or carbon-neutral tech
