- Develop and execute a multi-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive disruption vectors and recommend defensive/offensive strategies
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in ROI modeling for tech investments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
