Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Lead cross-functional task forces for technology implementation
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
