- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruption opportunities
- Design and present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives, investors, and board members
- Oversee R&D initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and business teams
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or strategic planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
