Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions into enterprise ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen innovations and accelerate time-to-market
- Establish KPIs for technological ROI and innovation portfolio performance
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech forums and shape industry discourse
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in disruptive tech adoption
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Track record of leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
