Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech accelerators
- Drive ESG-aligned innovation reducing carbon footprint by 40%
- Present tech strategies to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor 10+ junior technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting projects
