Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through 2026-2030 horizon, assessing market viability and competitive impact
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into product ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions for collaborative innovation
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on future technology adoption
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps that generated $50M+ revenue or market disruption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong executive presence with successful history of securing buy-in for complex technology initiatives
- Global network within tech innovation ecosystems and demonstrated ability to broker strategic alliances
