Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership and board
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across product development and operational frameworks
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation communities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from Wharton, MIT)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or innovation grants
