- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor teams in emerging technology adoption and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech trends into revenue opportunities
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
