Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology roadmap for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on technology adoption timelines
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to evaluate and incubate startup technologies
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (IEEE, Nature, or similar)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
