Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech trends
- Experience with agile transformation and digitalization frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
