- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, industry reports) positioning Nexus as a future-tech authority
- Quantify ROI of emerging tech investments through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully scaling future-focused initiatives (AI, IoT, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and market adoption patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives and external partners
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or strategic innovation
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
