Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology initiatives for 2026+, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry shifts and disruption risks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and technology innovators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, research institutions)
