- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation pipelines from concept to commercialization
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services

- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
